Our pool is heated and uses a sand filtration system. To maintain the temperature, it is best to close the cover at night using the control key located on the terrace. 

Before closing the pool, please remove any floats, masks, snorkles etc that can jam the closing mechanism and cause significant damage. Also check the cover is opening in the correct direction. If it is not, just raise it a bit and start again!

There is an alarm system that alerts you to a person falling in accidentally whilst the pool is not in use. This is mandatory in France.

Maintenance - the pool team will visit once per week to clean the pool for approximately 30 minutes. We hope you understand this necessary requirement to maintain the water in perfect condition.

To avoid injury and the requirement to drain the pool which takes several days, please only uses plastic glasses around the poolside.
